Refund & Exchanges
We trust that you have carefully and thoughtfully chosen your purchases.
Detailed descriptions are outlined in all products, so you know exactly what to expect.
Alas, we don’t exchange or refund for change of mind or purchasing errors.
We also take great care in checking your items for faults prior to despatch, and take a photo of each order prior to sending. However sometimes faulty items slip through, so please contact us within 48 HOURS if you have received a faulty or damaged product.
In the event that your items are damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival and retain products in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging.
You may be required to bring them into your local post office for damage assessment. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.
Unfortunately we don’t refund or exchange on sale items.
If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, prior to shipping, it will incur a 10% restocking fee. This is simply to recoup unrecoverable merchant charges.
