All of our shipping is via Australia Post Standard post. Express post may be available on some items, and will depend on weight and destination. Please feel free to contact us with your postcode for a quote.

Items are usually shipped within 3 business days of your order.  Exceptions can occur from time, in busy periods or if we're short staffed. Orders received after midday on Friday will be dispatched the following week. 

Let us know if your order is urgent, we'll do our best to get it going more quickly for you.

All parcels are sent from our HQ in sunny Queensland Australia.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

You can catch us in the office from 8-4 Monday to Friday.

There may be an exception from time to time, we have occasional meetings in business hours when we aren't available.
Feel free to contact us outside of those hours, via social media (facebook or instagram) or email. If we're not around we'll get back to you as soon as we're in front of a computer.

Our Blanks are made in a variety of locations, both here in Australia, and overseas. 

We’re always striving to find ethical and sustainable manufacturers and suppliers, who meet our high quality standards. 

We have long term relationships with several overseas blanks manufacturers, some of who we have visited in person, well, when travel was a thing, that is.

We don’t buy from Ali Express or similar, and we don’t drop-ship. 

Everything that you see on our website, is in stock in our warehouse here in Australia.

Our blanks meet all appropriate and required safety standards and we are fully insured.
